Primal Saunas – Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Period
1.1 Private Customers
All saunas and hot tubs purchased for private use come with a 2-year factory warranty. The warranty starts from the date the goods are delivered to the buyer and applies only to products used for personal purposes.
1.2 Legal Entities (Commercial Use)
Products purchased for commercial use are covered by a 6-month warranty. The warranty applies when the product is used according to the provided instructions and starts on the date of delivery.
2. Warranty Conditions
- The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only if the product has been used as intended and according to the instructions.
- For assembly kits, the warranty covers supplied components only, not the functionality of the assembled product.
- Wooden hot tubs must be installed immediately (maximum one week after delivery).
- Barrel saunas must be assembled and installed within two weeks of delivery.
3. Damage and Defects Not Covered
The warranty does not cover defects caused by:
- Incorrect assembly or use of non-compliant materials.
- Improper handling, storage, maintenance, or modifications.
- Natural disasters, such as hurricanes or flooding.
- Freezing water in stoves or tubs, or lack of water in hot tubs.
- Color changes in fiberglass due to water or cleaning chemicals.
- Wear and tear of parts like metal grates, chrome-plated components, or other consumables.
- Typical wood defects, including cracks, discoloration, shrinkage, or leakage caused by environmental changes.
4. Buyer’s Obligations Upon Receipt
- Check the goods carefully for completeness and transport damage upon delivery, in the presence of the courier.
- Sign the shipping document confirming receipt and note any visible damage or missing parts.
- If damage is discovered after signing, submit a complaint to BALTRESTO PRODUCTION OÜ within 7 days.
- Keep the invoice and shipping documents as proof of purchase.
5. Elimination of Defects
If a valid warranty claim is made, BALTRESTO PRODUCTION OÜ will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product or provide repair materials free of charge.
- Replace the defective product with a new or equivalent product.
- Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not acceptable.
Return Instructions:
- Product must be packed as received and placed where it was delivered.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the manufacturer only if the warranty claim is recognized.
6. Product Modifications
- The manufacturer may modify product variants to improve quality, functionality, or design.
- Buyers are advised to contact customer support before ordering components for existing products to ensure compatibility.
7. Buyer’s Right to Cancel an Order
- Orders can be canceled without reason before production begins.
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing (e.g., via email).
- A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
- Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled as products are custom-made.
